Q: What does a professional organizer do?
A: Good professional organizers will work with you individually to develop an organization system that is specifically designed for you. They will take an objective look at your organizing challenges and provide an action plan that will enable you to get organized. They will help you stay focused and help you avoid possible distractions. They will not only help you get organized, they will teach you the skills you need to stay organized. Some people might help you get organized, but very few can help you stay organized.
Q: As a professional organizer, what do you do that a cleaning service can't do?
A: When you hire a cleaning service, all you get is a clean house for a very short period of time. When you hire Organize It Right, we will teach you easy to use organizing skills that will enable you to keep your house organized, in a way that works for you. Not only will you have a clean house, but an organized and functional home that you will enjoy spending time in.
Q: I would like to hire you, but I'm so embarrassed by my mess.
A: Don't worry about it. We understand what you are dealing with, as we see it on a daily basis. You're not alone. we've seen plenty of messes that are far worse than yours. Everyone has their own reasons for needing an organizer. Many people are disorganized in variety of ways, even some people who are really organized. There’s no reason to feel ashamed or embarrassed. Also, please do not do any special cleaning or straightening before we arrive. We want to see your space in its normal condition so we can better help you.
Q: Will you make me get rid of everything?
A: No way! Unlike some of the shows you see on television, the final decision to keep or get rid of anything is totally up to you. You make the decision to keep or get rid of every single item. We will ask you questions that help guide you in your decision process.
Q: Once I get organized, what's to keep everything from falling into disorder again?
A: One of the most important things we do is to transfer organizing skills to you. We will be teaching you organizing basics as we work through your project together. We even do a free follow-up visit 30 days after we finish to make sure the organizing system we designed for you is actually working for you. Our goal is to give you organizing skills and knowledge so you can stay organized.
Q: What areas do you serve?
A: We are based in Medford, Oregon and we serve the entire Rogue Valley. We have even helped clients in Grants Pass and Klamath Falls.

Q: Are you a member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO)?
A: Yes. We are proud to be a member of the largest association of professional organizers in the world. We are also a member of NAPO Oregon. NAPO has a code of conduct and code of ethics which westrictly adhere to. We are the only professional organizers south of Eugene that are members of both organizations.
